Paul joined Dryad Maritime in 2011 having served 25 years in the Royal Navy.  Specialising in both surface and sub-surface warfare, Paul has served around the world including numerous deployments to the Middle East and Indian Ocean; Mediterranean and South America. Paul was involved in active anti-piracy operations in the Indian Ocean and held a co-ordinating role during his time served at NATO Headquarters in Naples. Paul was an instructor of tactical procedures at the Maritime Warfare School prior to leaving the Royal Navy.
