Karen joined Dryad in September 2011 in a new role as the Director of Business Administration. Karen has broad range of experience within industry and education, including a specialism in the use of decision-making, behaviour and communication styles and personality preferences.

In her role Karen is tasked with unifying and integrating Dryad’s systems and processes across multiple functions including Customer Service, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR and IT provision. Her specialist skills in behavioural analysis are also being used to shape the development of Dryad’s products.
