Ian has over 30 years’ of experience in the direction and conduct of national and multi-national intelligence operations. From strategic analysis supporting policy and capability development to direct operational support, Ian draws on a significant background of military and law enforcement intelligence.

Following his 30 year career in the Royal Navy and before joining Dryad in 2011, Ian joined the Serious and Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) where he was responsible for the development and delivery of information and intelligence systems as well as wider operational change as Programme Director for the agency’s transformational change programme.
