Chief Executive Officer
Graeme Gibbon Brooks is an expert in naval warfare, air and surface surveillance and maritime constabulary operations. During his 16 years as a Royal Navy Warfare Officer, Graeme gained experience in fisheries protection, anti-piracy, counter smuggling and mine warfare. He has extensive experience in consulting to African governments on ensuring the integrity of their Economic Exclusion Zone.
