Our Focus / Commitment

Alongside our commitment to safety of life at sea (SOLAS) we focus on supporting masters, crews and passengers during maritime operations on behalf of those with the duty of care; Owners, Charterers and Operators.

We support our commercial clients operationally but the benefits are also financial. At the core of all these services lies our passion for strong client relationships and customer care.

About Dryad Maritime

Dryad’s team is formed of experienced maritime operations and intelligence specialists and professionals from a variety of commercial disciplines to deliver effect across the maritime environment.

Our collective experience (over 500 years of sea service), depth of knowledge and analytical base that we believe is unrivalled in the maritime security market place. Our team are hand-picked individuals who understand the maritime environment and are trained to understand our clients. Most of our team have previously operated at sea, in the areas we support. Our teams understand the threats as well as the normal pattern of life in these areas, and, they know very well how to react and therefore what advice to give in high risk situations.

The Dryad team can empathise with the mariners they support building the confidence of masters, crews  and operators.

Based at our high tech 24-hour manned operations centre, our team are supported by bespoke intelligence, meteorological and maritime operations software and our practices are underpinned by research and development.
